Lunar Moves
This track will appear as part of an EP including tracks from both myself and Martjn. Lunar Moves is a deep house groover with rolling bass-lines, 303 percussion and an arrangement of synths incorporating vocal cuts. The EP is based around a deep/tech house sound and will contain 3 tracks, label is yet to be announced.
Tarek & Ramirez - Say Goodbye
The blissed out broken-beat house original has been given a SoulBasics rework introducing latin percussion, warm synth and rhodes pianos. Other remixes for this package are courtesy of the Brazillian Soul Crew and Mark Cotterel. This release will be due out on the Grooveland Music imprint next year, more info still to come.
Deep88 - Summer just cant wave goodbye
Debut release from Italy's Deep88 forthcoming on Seed Recordings this summer. The original is a sun drenched deep house track which implements a famous synth hook from Kool and the Gang's 'Summer Madness'. The SoulBasics version has taken tech influences from the likes of Spirit Catcher and Spirit Chaser using layers of varied synths and soft pads. At present, other remixes for this release are still to be confirmed.
